We built Comservy as a shared inbox for WhatsApp and Instagram customer chats. Teams connect the accounts customers already write to, answer from one workspace, and can add Messenger and other channels to the same queue. Assignment, templates, optional AI drafts, and APIs keep the desk workable. Comservy is a product offered by Odutechspace Limited.
